Virgin America Urges Flyers to Book Holiday Travel
Virgin America (Web site: www.virginamerica.com) is encouraging customers to book their holiday travel on one of its 750 flights between November 21 and 30.
The carrier expects to serve 85,000 passengers during this time, an increase of 121 percent compared to last year, but says there is still space for more.
Diana Walke, Vice President of Planning and Sales at Virgin America, said: “Although the holidays are fast approaching, there are still incredible deals at Virgin America and we encourage people to join the millions who have flown us and whose feedback has made us number one.”
She added: “We are seeing an increase in demand for the holidays. Since our launch in August 2007, we have welcomed 2.4 million guests and expect to see a 27 percent increase in traffic for the holidays.”
