Hop on board... AirTran sale

Discount airline AirTran is selling even cheaper flights throughout its route system – but you’ve got to act fast to take advantage of them.

Book and buy no later than Mar. 24, then fly from Mar. 25 through June 22. Sample fares are one-way and off-peak.

They’re good for Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. If you’re flying to Mexico, the Caribbean, Bermuda, or Florida off-peak fares don’t include Thursdays.

In any event, you’ll need to make a ten-day advance purchase. Taxes and fees are not included.

• Atlanta flights to Las Vegas (usually $487) are $149.
• Atlanta flights to Seattle/Tacoma (usually $412) are $154.
• Atlanta flights to Reagan Washington National (usually $356) are $109.
• Baltimore/Washington flights to Sarasota/Bradenton (usually $240) are $89.
• Buffalo flights to Phoenix (usually $469) are $154.
• Pittsburgh flights to Tampa (usually $413) are $104.
• Raleigh/Durham flights to Denver (usually $348) are $154.
• Richmond flights to Phoenix (usually $242) are $154.
