Best Airports in the World: Seoul, Halifax Take Top Honors
Where in the world is the best airport? According to the Airports Council International, the world's best airport is located in South Korea.
Incheon International in South Korea was voted the best airport on earth, according to the Airports Council International's latest annual survey. Incheon has held this title for four years, and was also awarded the trade group's top "Airport Service Quality" award.
Rounding out the top five airports in the world, according to the survey, are Singapore, Hong Kong, Central Japan Airport near Nagoya (also known as Chubu Airport) and Halifax.
In North America, Halifax (YHZ) brought in top honors, followed by Ottawa (YOW); Austin (AUS); Houston Hobby (HOU); and Jacksonville, Fla. (JAX).
