Cheap flights to Orlando through September

More flights mean easier access to Orlando

Each year we come – 50 million plus visitors. We’re in search of the Magic Kingdom, and a few days diversion from the work-a-day world that wears us all down. Orlando is the destination, the stuff of our dreams.

Over the next few months look for the annual influx to increase as airlines from across the planet up their offerings. Last year Airports Council International – North America says Orlando’s prime airport, Orlando International, handled almost 34.9 million passengers, making it the 13th busiest airport on the continent. It was just ahead of Newark, and just behind Miami.

Few airports are as blessed with as much low-fare lift as MCO (the airport’s code). Southwest, AirTran, JetBlue – all hold sway here. Their presence stirs the drink, forcing larger carriers to offer competitively-priced seats.

Planning an Orlando vacation over the next few months? Cheapflights thought you’d like to know about a few new routes and flight frequencies, things that might make your calculations a bit more comprehensive.

A few weeks back we told you what’s in store for June. Now, a month-by-month rundown of what’s in store the next few months:
