Montreal hotel deal: Second night 50 percent off

Travel to Montreal
While most US citizens consider Montreal to be a “Paris of the North” it’s unfair to compare this Canadian rock with anything other than its unique self.
True, it boasts European charm and joie de vivre, but Montreal, in its French and English hybrid style, has its own character largely developed through cuisine, infrastructure and mood.
Architecture from the 18th and 19th centuries gives the city creative-looking digs, and a mix of old-world and modern hip adds to its flair. A reverence for a flourishing beer and wine culture gets paired with gourmet dining and unforgettable poutine.
With so many gritty and romantic attractions, the best way to see Montreal is (arguably) to drop yourself in the center and let it move you.
Tourisme Montréal is offering a Summer Sweet Deal that allows you to stay the second night for 50 percent off. Choose from more than 20 participating hotels, but the Quality Inn Downtown has cheap rates starting at $168 each night, and includes daily breakfast.
But think fast – you’ll have to book this deal within the next few weeks and travel before Oct. 15 to get the goods.
