While Obama is flying to Copenhagen to push for Chicago, defending his platform on health care, and trying to run the country, Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez would like him to add one more thing to his to to-do list: lift the 47-year economic sanctions on Cuba.

Although earlier this month, the President eased restrictions on Cuba, allowing some US telecom companies to provide service there, Rodriguez argues that the economic, commercial, and financial limitations are still there, and would like Obama to permanently end the economic blockade that has been in place since 1962.

So far, the Obama administration has voiced no plans to get rid of the blockade, but it has enough support in the US House of Representatives to potentially pass. Currently, the bill has 181 votes, and will need 218 in order to pass. The White House is taking a full review on Cuba in order to make the decision.
